• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process

• We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different model or item, please follow the return process to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are either processed by Maxmotech or the customer, depending on the product. However, when returning an item, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
• You may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
